Connected Dreams / Origin – Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes the rules for content and behavior when using Connected Dreams / Origin (the “Service”). It applies to all users who access the Service through any tenant/workspace.

This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service:

1. Safe-for-work requirement

The Service may only be used for safe-for-work content and lawful purposes.

2. Prohibited content (not allowed)

You must not create, upload, store, publish, or share content that is:

  1. sexually explicit or pornographic, including content intended for sexual gratification;
  2. hateful, harassing, discriminatory, or that incites violence;
  3. excessively graphic or violent;
  4. illegal, fraudulent, or promoting illegal activity;
  5. infringing third-party rights (copyright, trademark, trade secrets) or violating privacy/publicity rights;
  6. malicious or harmful (malware, phishing content, harmful payloads, or instructions intended to cause harm);
  7. unlawfully containing personal data or confidential information that you do not have a lawful basis or authorization to process or share.

2.1. Allowed nudity in legitimate contexts

Non-sexual nudity may be allowed in legitimate editorial, educational, scientific, medical, or artistic contexts (for example, mainstream news/editorial content), provided it is not sexually explicit and otherwise complies with this AUP and applicable law.

3. Prohibited behavior (not allowed)

You must not:

  1. attempt to access, alter, or destroy data you are not authorized to access;
  2. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission;
  3. interfere with or disrupt the Service (including introducing code or workflows intended to degrade performance or availability);
  4. perform load testing, stress testing, scraping, crawling, or high-volume automation without written permission;
  5. bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent security controls, permissions, or technical limits;
  6. reverse engineer the Service except where prohibited by law;
  7. use the Service to send spam, phishing, or unlawful communications.

4. Publishing and outbound distribution

If you publish content from the Service to external channels (e.g., documentation websites), you are responsible for:

  1. ensuring you have the rights to publish the content;
  2. ensuring the content complies with this AUP and applicable law; and
  3. ensuring third-party materials (images, documents, diagrams) are properly licensed.

Publishing features may be subject to reasonable technical limits and fair use.

5. Security and abuse

You must not:

  1. upload malware or attempt to compromise any system;
  2. use the Service for phishing, credential theft, or social engineering;
  3. use automation in ways that degrade service for others;
  4. attempt to conceal identity for abusive or illegal activity.

If you believe your tenant/workspace or account is compromised, please notify us promptly at: info@connecteddreams.com.

6. Compliance with laws

You must comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the Service, including data protection, intellectual property, export controls, and sanctions laws.

7. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you violated this AUP or used the Service in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk, we may:

  1. remove or restrict access to content;
  2. restrict publishing;
  3. suspend or terminate accounts or tenants; and/or
  4. take other actions permitted under the Terms of Service.

Where reasonable and appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address issues, but we may act immediately to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

Please include relevant links, tenant/workspace name, and any context that helps us investigate.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The effective date indicates when the latest version takes effect.
